Egypt is Safe
When you come to Sharm there is one excursion, which is a must. This is to go and see the wonderful city of Cairo. This is where you get the chance to see one of the last remaining wonders of the world, which of course are the Great pyramids and the Sphinx of Giza. And also you will get to see the huge Egyptian Museum
Your trip to Cairo will start with you being collected from your hotel between 4.30 and 5.30am and taken to Sharm el Sheikh Airport for your flight to Cairo (as per the flight schedule).
You will arrive in Cairo at around 07:30am. On arrival at Cairo Airport you will be met by your guide for the day, transported around Cairo in an air conditioned van. First stop will be the Egyptian Museum where you will get to see 165,000 Egyptian artifacts. The priceless treasures of King Tutankhamen are the highlight here. His six gilded coffins dominate the

The resort of Sharm el Sheikh remains peaceful
and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) for the resort itself has not
changed. However the FCO continue to temporarily recommended against
unnecessary travel by air to and from Sharm el Sheikh until new airport
arrangements are put in place.
The FCO, Egyptian authorities and the airlines
are working together to enable regular flights between the UK and Sharm el
Sheikh to resume as soon as possible, however our airline partners have now
cancelled all flights to Sharm el Sheikh departing up to and including
Wednesday, 16 December 2015.
Guests who were due to travel to Sharm elSheikh up to and including Wednesday, 16 December 2015 will be offered an
alternative holiday or a full refund of their holiday price.
Flights departing after this date are planned
to go ahead as normal, however guests travelling to Sharm el Sheikh from
Thursday, 17 December to Thursday, 31 December 2015 inclusive will be able to
amend their booking free of charge to any holiday departing by the end of April
2016.
